If you would like to become a registered patient at Bealby and Jones we request that you make an appointment over the telephone by calling 0114 2729927. It should be noted that there is a new patient booking fee of £20.00 required which may be paid over the phone by credit or debit card. This is fully refunded on attendance at the appointment.
